Compare and contrast essays.

We will leave persuasive essays behind and now turn to comparison and contrast essays.  Remember that making a contrast are the differences of elements in an essay. 👀

This week I did my essay between giving money or a gift for a birthday. 🎉💸💲🆚🎁

In the personal it is a good touch to give a gift, but I prefer money because it can be invented in different things that I need or want.

Money vs gift for birthday.

As it is already a custom to give gifts on special dates, in this case we will talk about birthdays. All this began with the Greeks who began with this tradition, since it is a symbol of a new beginning that is why its details were to give rings, amulets and flower trimmings. Worldwide, all people regardless of social status also still follow the custom of giving gifts, as they say give to receive, on my birthday you give me a gift because I give you yours. (That's why I say give to receive).


Let's not forget that giving a gift is a nice detail and it is also a sign of affection towards the other person; So there are two options when it comes to giving a detail and they are gift or money. Perhaps when deciding what to give for a birthday is a bit difficult, because sometimes due to lack of time they prefer to give money (I think that sometimes it is better if they give money); because there are times when you give something that people do not like or it does not fit, or it was simply not to their liking. Both things are really good details, however the difference between a gift and money is more notable, so you have to take into account when choosing what to give.


To give a nice detail requires time and a high price (of course, beauty costs expensive), if you work from Monday to Saturday all day it is difficult for you to buy a gift, and its price is around $ 15 to $ 25 dollars per Very small that is, those prices are the cheapest and the time that is practically wasted if you see everything in the store and you do not like it and possibly whoever receives it does not like your gift. Instead, giving money saves you time; (Not forgetting that the person can invest the money in whatever they want or even save it), and the only thing you will buy will be an envelope to keep the money.


It is difficult to decide what to give on a special date such as a birthday, whether money or a gift; Of course, giving money is not cheaper, but if it is a good detail, and giving a gift can cost the same as just giving money with the bad thing that it could not be a pleasant gift for the birthday boy or birthday girl but it may also be be something you wanted. Both options are good to give a nice detail as a sign of affection.
